thats ridiculous, even if they are friends surely they should fight purely for the money, everyone knows if you and your friends have money you have a better time,

 

Magee has to prove himself.think about it,Ward was in a hard tournament where he fought everybody and now Magee want to come and take his betls?no no no,he has to beat somebody to earn his shot first,maybe Ali,maybe one of the Klitschkos...someone who matter in order to hype the figth with Ward.

 

I'm a Ward fan but come on Ward what kind of bull**** are you trying to sell. You said you weren't interested in the Bute fight.

 

After retirement , he should consider a career in marketing , consulting , promoting and ****. Maybe even a partnership with Team Dirrel Promotions.

 

Soooo...no Dirrells because they're his "brothers" or he assumes the networks aren't interested
No Bute because he already chased him into the arms of Froch
No Hopkins because he wants to fight guys from his era

I really dont think the guy who destroyed Froch/Kessler/Abraham is afraid of Bute.

I just think the guy wanted a break after the super 6 and fight an easy fight,then take on Bute.

Man get out of here, that bum is no match for Ward...I see someone is just LOOKING for a way to tare down Ward...but why?...He's very nice, humble, and he adjusts to all his opponents...I dont see why anyone would hate the guy...I used to dislike him cuz he was boring, but he stepped up when he fought Froch...he smothered him and beat the crap out of him!...True champions will do what it takes to win the small fights....True Champions will fight whatever fight they need to fight, in order to get to the top....but when a true champion gets to the top, they put on a show...thats what Ward did...he had a bunch of dull fights that would help him reach the top of the super 6, and once he got to the top, he put it all on the line so he could make his statement and put on a show...I respected ward for how he handled that tournament

 

In the end.. Ward is the man @168, he has beaten Kessler and Froch, the two most proven SMWs out there, imo Ward can have an easy stay busy fight..

 

Ward is a crybaby, so now he's disappointed about Bute......:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl.........

I think it would be amazing if Bute decided not to fight Ward. If you think about it, Ward needs Bute more than Bute needs Ward. No one actually cares about Ward. He has no real fan base. No network will pay him great $ to fight. He will never fill seats as other champions do, etc.

Bute will still earn his purse, will still have full seats occupied no matter who he faces. Right now, like it or not, Bute is the hottest name at 168'. After the Froch saga, if he decides to go try another weigh, all 168' will be left with is Ward and his imaginary list of people who deserve to fight him. Wouldnt that be spectaculat?

Ward is lucky Bute wants to fight the best and he'd never actually pass on a fight against Ward, but the constant bitching from Ward is annoying. Dude, Bute called you out in the most direct way possible. You didnt want the fight. Untill you do, kindly stfu and let people who actually fight do the talking.
