Has he ever took on anyone? they are all weird, Sornpichai Kratingdaenggym must have got the shock of his life.
Went 0-17 before turning it around and ending 40-28-4. Was WBC top-15 ranked for some years and defeated Frankie Randall. Was also close to a HBO-fight against Fernando Vargas. http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=3890&cat=boxer
What's wrong with the second ? :think Dude must have serious power. :hat edit : just paid attention to the dates :yikes
:yep Pretty amazing activity level to say the least. Also wonder if 12 straight KOs (Not TKOs) is a record? :think
Kirino Garcia is one of boxings greatest sucess stories imo. He was a damn good fighter from but was a product of poor circumstances early on. He was so broke he would go into fight not without having a proper meal in the days leading up. The fact that he went on to accomplish as much as he did is amazing. You have to be tough on a whole other level to come back from being to go 40-10 after being 0-18, After his first win he didnt lose a fight for 16 straight either. Wins over, Randall, Buck Smith, Meldrick taylor, Simon Brown, Terrance Ali, Jorge Vaca, and he gave David Reid a tough fight.
http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=16132&cat=boxer Beat 21 soft opponents opponents, got KO'd by a debuting Maskaev and retired.
http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=70236&cat=boxer How can you retire after one fight ? A lot of boxers did that apprently. :think
Oh yes. Remember comming across that once as well Also Maskaev lost his seventh fight to 26-6 McCall and his 12th fight to Tua (Fight was a draw when he was stopped) Bydenko was 3-0 when he lost for the first time. Against SNV who was 28-0 at the time..
