may as well close the topic. if this fight does ever happen i think most people couldn't be bothered with it. it will be as revelent as fenech vs nelson 3, imo. people r sick of hearing about it with nothing eventuating and there would be a 6 month build up to it anyway. so therefore it won't happen for at least a year. considering mundine is starting to look old now, i just don't see this fight happening at all.
Mundine's been looking worse and worse with each fight, and Green's been looking better as he's moved up in weight. Can't see Choc winning unless he gets Danny to come down to around 170 which will severely weight drain him. Either way irrelevant fight, and just a BS money making exercise.

Green was not displaying his mythical punching power but was doing his usual robot impression centre ring which he was sharing with what was the shell of a healthy human being. Mundine has dominated his last two opponents and ripped the title from geale prior to that.
no. green has aged better. green murders mundine this time. mundine should just retire. he will always be remembered as the only fighter in history to have a 'reverse' career.. he peaked at the beginning, but rolled bums in the middle and end of his career...:huh and he got lighter as his career progressed, not heavier....
I fear for Mundines safety to be honest. Green can still punch and will knock Mudine the **** out if it ever happens. Sad but true. And I can't believe this is a two year old thread, same **** different year.:verysad
