I'm the opposite of you guys, I've been working out since the start of the year, building muscle slowly and the fat's starting to melt away, but if I stopped I would just be a flabby guy (not overweight) even though I don't eat that badly.
I know. But do you really think it's going to slow down enough for him to gain as much weight as Hamed? He's been training for how many years? He's been training harder than almost every boxer in that time period (arguably). Mayweather will be a Hopkins type. He'll be in shape/slim for a long time. Just look at the shape his father is in, considering.
You guys realize you can eat whatever you want as long as you meet your macros right? Read up on it. It will make dieting easier. I eat Mcdonalds once a day. I fit it into my calorie range

When you work out like they do they can basically eat what they want ..I won't lie when I trained I ate like **** but knew the next day I could burn it off ..You get better results with a healthy diet but its not that crazy to hear things like this ..
