I definitely think on his best night he could whip a Ray Robinson around the Fullmer/Basilio years, perhaps even around the time of the Olson fights too.. Joey's chin is a great asset to have against a sharp shooter like Ray... It would definitely hold him in good stead in the patches where a slugging match breaks out.
