You can pretty much eat what you want, if your willing to put the time in to burn it off. Not everyone has the luxury to do that, it also depends on your metabolism. Some are higher then others.
It also doesn't hurt that he's a gym rat. Really, if you train (almost) every day, you can get away with a lot of bad food, as long as there's also good food in between and not constant sodas.
A burger here and there probably doesn't hurt a supremely conditioned athlete all that much. Also, there is a great deal of variation to what bad food does to people. Most folks grow fat from it, of course, but there are a lucky few who stay slim no matter what they eat until the years start to catch up to them.
yeah i'm with the uncle roger avatar and uncle roger handle name and you're branding others stupid? how ironic.
Stalker, funny. No, you're just a ***** who keeps spreading idiocy ad nauseum. You need to be told what you are on a daily basis and I'm just the one to do it. :good You ******.
Yo thawk remember that discussion we had yesterday about "liking fighters" http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=394045 lol just one day later
McDonald's diet ain't bothering him too much if he is still looking like this. Taken today This content is protected
he burns so many calories, and trains so much - he can eat what he wants plus his metabolism. depends on the person. just like with non athletes- some can eat a burger a day and not get fat- and stay cut, other people need to watch what they eat. i worked with a mate- we ate the same thing every day- junk food more or less, but he turned into a fat ****- and i stayed the same weight since uni. genetics counts as much as hard work some times. its not what people like to hear- but its true.
