How can you write Eubank off after 3 fights (or 2 even)? He's got things to work on, well no ****, there's plenty of time for that and he does appear talented. How far he'll go nobody knows yet, and because of his name there will be people hyping him up too much but come on.
Yeah I found that abit baffling I would of thought he would want to get at least 4-5 more fights in before the end of the year
I'm sure it's been said before on here, but some of the Olympic hopeful who are thinking of turning pro later in the year should be looking to Ch5 for their early fights. A promoter could really use that as a big selling point if they had links with Ch5 for their novices on Sky for there most established fighters. Fighting upto domestic/European level on Ch 5 would get some of these kids a great following and public interest.
One of the older guys at work said to me 'theres boxing on tonight, you watching?' Knowing I'm a fan. I say yeah, and he says 'Is this Rogan any good?' I said he was once tough but now he's too old and inactive. Bla bla... But I said to him 'So you know who Tyson Fury is?' 'Yeah, hes a big boxer' 'Can you name any British world champs?' 'No' 'What about Nathan Cleverly or Ricky Burns?' 'No' 'George Groves?' 'No' 'So how do you know who Fury is?' 'Hes on Channel 5' 'Ever heard of Boxnation?' 'Whats that?' BINGO!!!!!!!
The clip of Watt saying that needs to be on youtube like this... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjDKMzmYXAM[/ame]
