Molina held all night and he was Blatant. I gave Molina credit for fighting a cagey fight but you could tell once Kirkland unleash the beast it was only matter of time. Rios could not do **** all and Abril did was the shoulder roll and walked him back all night then threw in a little movement for good measure. Bam Bam had no answer and was thrown in the deep end and was save by Arum. The same Arum who many who are praising this decision where pissed about Pac-JMM3. Rios got school, no ifs, ands or buts about it. He will be second tier @ 140 and lord help him if Ortrees gets him in the ring. Rios is great when he is the bigger and stronger man but put him in there with bigger and stronger or a very good boxer and he can't do ****

agree with everything u said :good i feel Kirkland was gaining momentum near the end while Molina was gassing and just got knocked down. and Abril was WAY more versitile defensively and offensively then molina, whos ONLY tactic was holding against Kirkland.

Abril was landing at will for the most part, jabs, left hooks to the body and straight rights/lefts to the margarito wannabe

Idiotic statement to slate JMM. The guy is a thinking boxer, and a technician. He got the win, and got twelve rounds under his belt. What's the problem?

If Rios was not in shape that's his own fault. He should move up or quit making excuses.

To the OP: having your opinion is fine, but arguing that giving the decision to Rios was justified because Abril's style wasn't crowd-pleasing is simply giving warrant to corrupt ****s like Arum and his 'blind mice' judges roster to continue doling out unjust, undeserved and most importantly damaging-to-the-sport-of-boxing decisions like this one.

Once juan marquez retires Mehico wont have much to look forward to. Unless Canelo really improved.

Round 3 aside, he schooled rios.

Hit and don't get hit, that's the sweet science.

Why stand and trade when you have the skill to make him miss all night long?

I wanna see him against de marco next.

I didn't know you could score a fight against the guy who clearly won, just because you don't like his style.

I've now decided that Tito beat Winky and Morales beat Raheem.

Abril won that fight very, very clearly. Horrible fighter to watch but he kicked Rios ass and made him look clueless. The OP is ruining his rep here.

You watched the fight on a very bad link. Abril may not be the best fighter but it only shows how bad Rios was.
