I know Flatlander, one of Brandon's fan already had the decency to admit defeat.A class act.
Now, who else has the balls to admit it?
I just want to separate boxing fans from dick riders. No offense.

Rios is just another mexican hype job. I mean, he is margarito's homeboy. The previous mexican hypejob.

Not particularly a Rios fan but I did think he would steamroll Abril. No point being a ***** and trying to pretend otherwise after the fact. Props to Abril, his stock has risen now and he should end up in a few decent fights now eventhough he got ****ed over with the decision.

Classic Rios fans are staying away from my thread.
it takes more than balls to admit the robbery.

I thought it would be routine procedure for Rios and he'd get Abril out of the way relatively easy. But had I actually bothered to watch tapes of Abril and knew how he could fight, then I would have given him more of a chance.

I had Abril winning by a mile.

Rios had looked good against guys like Antillon and decent against Acosta. I supported his attacking and fan friendly style, and he has an electric personality.

But he looked pooor against Murray (Personally i think Mitchell could beat Rios)

And he was dominated by Abril..

Its not Rios's fault, but its still bulll****

Rios won, and I'm not a fan...You don't get credit for not punching.

I'm a big rios fan but haven't seen the fight yet. I will reserve judgment until I see it.

Abril landed all the clean shots, Rios couldn't land **** and didn't test his chin properly the whole fight

I wouldn't consider anyone who thought Rios won a "fan" so to speak.

when 90% of serious posters say that Abril won by a mile you must understand you watched the wrong fight.
Abril clinches were actually the best chances for Rios to get close and land, he did throw but everything landed in Abril gloves.I was expecting a nasty uppercut by Rios but he was absolutly neutralized by Abril.Middle and long distance,Abril was just toying with him.
Rios was slappy and frustrated.Fact is a fact

No, I watched the same fight...Abril stopped punching after round 6...This is one of the few fights where Compubox might have been useful. Rios' clinch work was the only work being landed in the 2nd half. He simply held and let Rios get off.
