    Kid, I knew that Abril was going to beat Rios. You always say that I am too confident and you too cautious but this time I was right. Believe me, while Abril is not a star anywhere near Gamboa or Rigo, he is indeed a solid boxer who deserves to at least be holding the regular WBA by now. Only thing he lacks is more speed and power, the rest he has. ;)

    You obviously dnt know **** about boxing
    lara won the fight but it wasnt that big a robbery... I had it 7-5 to lara I kould see 8-4 but klose fights should not be labled robberies. Ill give u lara won his rounds more convincingly but sorta faded down the stretch.

    Heh. I thought I was the only one that didn't watch the Marquez fight because I was pissed off. The more you know.

    The sad thing, the really sad part is like Paulie Malignaggi said after his fight against Rocky Juarez, it applies here....Rios, because of corrupt judging, gets a big money payday fight because of it. Abril will probably have to fight some bum on Friday Night Fights for considerably less money. Abril can't call out JMM or any other top fighter now. That's why and how boxing politics and corruption is so cruel. This type of **** is ****ing with good men's livelihoods and I don't know why more people aren't upset about this kinda ****.

    True. It's messing and basically stealing a man's dignity and everything else. They should place sometype of a computer based scoring and take away real people for scoring fights. I am sure that can be done as we are in 2012 but of course the crooks wouldn't want that! :-(

    Hey, no insults. I agree with you, this is more of a robbery than the Lara fight even though Lara also won by a landslide. At least Williams did a bit better against Lara than Rios against Abril. And if justice was done and they suspended the three Lara judges then it should with even more reason be applied here! Still, " a blatant robbery " !!! :good

    My bad I thought u were just another fan boy. Abril got robbed plain and simple. It wasnt close, thats my point. I feel bad for the dude man he should really be undefeated.
    Another cuban I feel for is ugas. This sport really is bad at times. I remember I felt robbed at a tourny as a kid and I havent stepped foot in a ring ever since, but I kan only imagine how they feel.

    It's alright bro, no hard feelings. The Cubans have gotten the knife many times lately, Lara, Abril, Ugas etc, don't know what's going on. :?

    No se brother, espero que si. They should appeal that robbery and quick cause the more time that passes the more difficult. If they give Abril the " vacant " regular WBA belt I would be somewhat satisfied, nothing less would be an insult.

    I didn't see the fight on Saturday. Is it worth pulling up on You Tube and scoring myself or should I just be thankful I didn't plunk down some hard earned cash?
