    What percentage of the members of this website are actually legally mentally ******ed? Floyd Mayweather is one of the greatest fighters ever and one of a handful of the very greatest defensive fighters ever. Abril did his very best Floyd Mayweather impersonation against Rios, that's all.

    are you serious? Abril is not an elite fighter... good defense but Mayweather has elite defense and thats the difference

    Floyd have multiple layers of defense that combines, Philly shell/conventional, duck, and dips, turning his opponents to put them off balance, footwork, counterpunching, feints, and catching people coming in or stopping them from coming in as well as holding. Abril got the philly, and holding and backpedal. Good but c'mon lets be real people.

    Seeing as us brits 'eat up the hype' Abril is da best!

    But seriously, Floyd has done it fight after fight against world class opposition, I don't know if it was because Rios was well matched, was just pure **** that night or Abrils defence is brilliant, only the future will tell us, hopefully he is always that good.

    :lol: Just because totally one dimensional Rios could not land on Abril he now has Whitaker like defense :patsch
    Fact is Rios is overrated no footwork average skills and can beat only guys standing in front of him, he cant cut the ring off to save his life!!!
