Seems strange that these 3 countries tend to get a lot of events and then there was the BBC accusation that Azerbaijan was attempting to pay money for golds in London.

I am not saying this is conclusive evidence but for an organisation that has a transparency issues, their propensity to have oil rich central asian states hosting events is puzzling.
