How did u score it I think Hopkins clearly won the fight. He won the first 6rds. I think there were a few even rds after 6 can't beleave people say joe won this fight.
nothing like a good alting troll to bring it up aswell I had it 114-113 Calzaghe last time I scored. I've scored it Hopkins 114-113 and 115-112 for Joe previously however and can accept 115-112 both ways but anything more than that is a bit out there in my mind.
Location: Manchester :bart i wont take your answer seriously. The first time i watched it i didn't score it and i don't know who should have won. When i tried to score it i got bored after two rounds and never tried again.
I think on watching the fight 5 or 6 times now, you'd struggle to justify Hopkins winning at all widely based on what he did, which was very negative. He landed the better single shots undoubtedly, but they were few and far between and Calzaghe bossed the pace and forced Hopkins to feign injury to catch his breath. It was clear the man didn't like the pace. I scored 114-113 Calzaghe 4 out of the 6 times I watched the fight. The other way for Hopkins once and 115-112 for Calzaghe the other time.
This has been talked about too many times. I believe it was a close fight, but Calzaghe won it on activity. Hopkins got outworked.
Yeah, I had Hopkins winning by a few rounds, too. Been aaaages since I scored that. Don't plan on re-visiting it any time soon. Boy was Joe's style horrible to watch.
