Here is Daveys opponent, fairly similar too him but I fancy Joyce to do him, this was at the youth Olympics 2 year ago and he still the same weight lets hope he struggles at the weight as he must be growing .

Paddy Barnes won by stopage by RTE was down 4-2 on points in the first round. Well done to Paddy and hopefully the remaining lads can get a few more spots in London.

Olympic Council of Ireland might be costing joe a place in olympic games

this from the twitter of someone who seems to know what they're talking about

@sportsdes I have thoroughly read the rules for the wildcard place and despite what the OCI state, Joe is elligible.

@sportsdes The OCI state that he cannot receive a Tripartite Invitation. That is 100% correct.

@sportsdes However, under the rules, there are no nations elligible for that Tripartite Invitation meaning it will be re-distributed.

@sportsdes Under the guidelines, the AIBA will re-allocate the place to highest ranked non-qualifier from the 2011 worlds, Joe has a chance

@sportsdes This fundamental point is not getting put across, it is very worrying that no-one realises this. The OCI need to look into it.

No mate, merely the "creative director" for that one.

Roco Clothing brought in a pro cameraman that shot and lite it and an editor as well.

There should be a couple more more that is the ad the are running with.

"Joe Rea - the face of Roco Clothing"
