Cash out fight. The promoter must sense some irreparable weakness in Boytsov, and wants to go for the money before someone beats him.

According to this interview with Kluch today, it looks like Universum may soon be out of business. The existing contracts will run out by the end of 2012.

So he likely wants to cash out Boytsov against Vitali before the end of the year.

I'm not sure Vitali and his management will agree, they may want someone else like the winner of Pulev-Dimitrenko.

:patsch How about trying an Arreola or a Chambers/Adamek winner, or even, for ****'s sake, a Dimitrenko before going for a Klitschko? You don't ****ing leapfrog over them from Guinns and Maddalones to ****ing Klitschkos. :-( ****'s sake. Not if you want to give yourself the experience you'll likely need to win.

That's good news for us fans. Universum has been a black hole for years, sucking up all the Euro talent deep into its bowels .....

I really doubt this happens. But if it does, Boytsov will get ****ed up something fierce.

Agreed, but as I wrote in another thread:

A very interest interim match would be Boytsov- Haye. Whomever won (I'd bet the farm on Denis) would definitely have proven something that needed proving.

If Haye somehow won decisively, (toe intact) - and I mean total domination + a KO, I'd have to concede that he deserves some kind of shot. Boytsov isn't a Helenius in terms of promotion, but he is ranked very high so it would give Haye some cred back.

If Boytsov won, the name-recognition of being a Haye-beater would be very attractive to team Klitchko, and the experience would obviously serve him well.

Besides, who else is gonna' fight Haye at this point? Kimbo?

And who else is gonna' fight Boytsov? Face it, all the top contenders are going to duck him as long as possible. They have nothing to gain & everything to lose by giving him a shot. Haye, on the other hand, has absolutely nothing to lose.

I think Haye would beat him ,but I'd love to see Boytsov vs Chisora, Arreola, Szpilka ,Fury or Price.
