Who on Pac's resume would have ever had a shot at beating Floyd?

SFW Morales was not prime so it's beyond the point.

Wasn't there a rumour that Morales sparred Floyd years ago and did pretty well against him? Apparently Morales said:

'In 2000, I was training for a fight in Texas and sparred three or four rounds with Mayweather. Mayweather’s father Floyd Sr. was my trainer and got me to spar with his son. I had him groggy and reeling but he never went down.'

Obviously sparring doesn't mean much, but if it's true then it would have been interesting to see the footage of those sessions.

    The same weight class.

We're not shrinking or enlarging fighters for the purpose of speculation

And no none of them would be favourites and I don't think Floyd would have had a terrible time with Morales at all, as much as I respect & admire him

I disagree, I think plenty of fighters give pac troubles. 154 oscar would never been considered. Prime castillo, im not sayin chop chop would win but stylisticly woulda gave trouble to pac until pac catches and stops him. Chico woulda got his ass whipoed imo. Manfredy was a really solid fighter, I kould see pac atruggling, not losing but struggling

Floyd would prob be the favourite in all of them tbh. Although if he had fought MAB, Morales and Marquez 8 times combined i'd expect floyd to pick up a loss or 2 somewhere along the line.

And FYI, Mayweather has done nothing in his career that should make anyone think he could beat a prime morales without any trouble. Prime barrera and Morales would have given floyd all he could handle.

Pac dudnt fight them in there prime either smart guy. the thread said who on pacs resume would be favoured over floyd. At the time that pac fought them floyd probably woulda won.

Prime Barrera, at any weight gets handeled by Mayweather. Prime Morales fought between 122 and 126. That would've been an interesting fight, even at 130. Of course, the Morales that Pacquiao beat wasn't prime and would clearly lose to Mayweather.

    i personay think so yes.

But i didn't rate the Hoya that fought mayweather. He didn't seem capable of getting his shots off. He was very flat footed, imited head movement. He was a part time fighter at this point

I think Manny scores a TKO again.

Both versions of ODH sucked. A prime Oscar though? At 147, or the one that fought Vargas. Those would be good scraps!

I think Pac beats the 154lb version that fought Floyd, but not as easy, and not by TKO

you can see Floyd Sr as his trainer. There was also a rumor about Sr saying Tijuana has the style to get to Floyd
