Nowadays noone is ever 100% fit.

Everyone is strained so easily because they are so worried about being big and strong in the weights rooms instead of being flexible and agile on the footy field.

It's only going to get worse.

Oh and by the way everyone is trained to hurt each other purposely. Their whole and sole purpose is to put good players out of the game. It's disgusting.

not the point.... they produced great players but it doesnt take away from the fact that they are the kings of dirty tactics and wrestling moves. ****ing BJJ coached? give me a rest

Any thoughts on the move by the AFL to introduce prayer rooms at all venues for
Muslim players and fans.
Sounds like an April fools joke.
Just as well we don't have a crystal ball to gaze into to see where we'll be 50 years down the track.
Could be very scary. Maybe it's just as well an old atheist like me won't be around to see it.

 

Well, Qld & NSW actually produced them, the storm just had a good recruitment man & unlimited funds from uncle Rupert

 

If the rooms there & clubs think that it may increase attendance then why not

 

Maybe the AFL should go the whole hog and ban all women from attending matches.

 

Is there going to be a Christian prayer room? No? How about **** off. We pander to these muslims every chance we get, **** them. This is just like not allowing christmas trees in western sydney malls because it is offensive to muslims. Here is an idea, grow a set of balls and tell them to go prayer anywhere ****ing else. It isnt enough the ****s have built giant ugly mosques? How many players and fans are even muslim? two?

 

just tired of how this country is going... had so many bad experiences with Muslims and it seems the Government and other groups just keep giving and giving to make them happy. Why should they have prayer rooms at a stadium? There is far more christians and buddhists etc and they dont get any of this stuff. This country used to have an identity but its quickly becoming some faceless generic place with Sydney and Melbourne leading the charge. Sure im overreacting but its annoys me and scares me at the same time

 

i dont think theres any rule that says theyd have to be exclusively muslim prayer rooms.

 

The AFL's next step should be banning the serving of alcoholic drinks at all grounds and getting rid of all brewery advertising.
The Four and Twenty Pie Company should be gearing up to do a nice line of Halal pies
from cows using the brutalized slaughtering method.
Maybe the NRL will be keen to get on board.
