Quintero stopped Sabaupan in Round 9 I believe? Sabaupan was dropped in the first but was game throughout the fight, making it a war at times, but his lackadaisical defense and Quintero's faster handspeed led to his first ever professional loss.
Looks like David B is the new People's Champ, he picked Quintero. The league seemed to be divided on this fight. Looks like Quintero is going to get schooled by Miguel Vazquez on his next fight.
Narvaez beat Cabrera by UD, all scores wide. Probably a shutout. I only started watching in round 5, but it's hard to imagine the first four were any different from the last 8. (and FWIW, the Argentine TV network broadcasting it had it a shutout on their unofficial card)
Apparently it wasn't on the picking list, but here's the result in Cristian Mijares vs. Eddy Julio: Mijares by KTFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :happy:happy
Dude, scope out that RBR thread and watch people seriously defending him. :-( "Oh, raping a 15 yo that you got intoxicated with a bunch of your 30-something cronies ain't so bad... The guy's a great boxer and deserves respect. ...he paid his debt to society..." :blood:blood:blood:blood
I hope so. How sad is it when you're hoping (and caring) that your online acquaintances are just spouting tasteless rhetoric because they're gluttons for controversy, and not actually completely morally bankrupt? That's when you know it's half past bedtime. ...but when you've just cracked open another Modelo, what's to do? :conf
