let me explain puga, the person who generates the most money in fights gets the most leverage when they negotiate. if you didn't know this manny doesn't generate nearly enough to dictate to floyd a amount he can ask for more but a smart person would/is going to undercut him on the amount whether it be "70% floyd 30% manny" or "40 million". thats just basic business knowledge.

example floyd had to give lions share to DLH because DLH was the bigger draw at the time.
