It looks like a regular heavy bag except its very light, when you punch it , it moves around slowly unless you push the bag. Any drills on this? Usually what i do is just lightly punch the bag and move around trying to perfect technique and such. Is this the right way to do it?
Sounds about right. I once had the misfortune of showing up late when the gym was busy, and the only bag available probably didn't weight more than 70 lbs. So I just stuck with jabs and a lot of footwork. Step in, jab, step out. Lateral step, pivot. Rinse and Repeat. Add in a few right crosses, feints, blocks, etc. here and there.
