http://www.cagepotato.com/bye-bye-b...iting-strategic-decision-from-bellator-brass/ We’ve received the final proposed UFC agreement from Hector’s attorney, and right now we are in the process of reviewing it to determine whether we’re going to match the agreement. We’ve got the 60 pages of UFC contract that were forwarded to us by Hector’s counsel. Looks like Bellator may have just lost their best fighter. Not sure it matters as Lombard imo is just a can crusher. Plus he can't juice as much in the UFC. And he's never fought anyone of any real note. Even when he did fight a live body his lost. He'll be back in no time. Assuming Bellator is still around......
****, Pudz looks tiiiiinnnnyyy. Lombard had better debut against Paul Harris, that'd be a ****ing brutal match.
I'd be more than happy seeing Lombard in a UFC ring. Not sure why the guy gets so much crap on here. He hasn't fought the greatest fighters in the world, but he's fought everybody Bellator has to offer really. No denying the dude is mad quick/ skilled for his size! It'd take a hell of a fighter to knock out Lombard on his feet these days, and it'd take a hell of a fighter to get him down and sub him. Just cause the man has crushed mainly cans his career... Doesn't mean he can't compete with some of the best.
Because he crushes cans and then mouths off. And i don't expect him to be competitive. I remember watching him in PRIDE and when you can't beat the likes of Gono you know you've found your level.
