I have always been a supporter of JT. and Friday I was saying a title run is possible! Im not so sure now.

Sure every fighter can have a poor showing and come back in there next fight and look amazing, but obviously Taylor still has Stamina Issues. He was tired in the 9th which caused the Lazy defense in end result getting hit with a flush shot the put him down!

I Think his Trainer is a good and gave great instructions during the fight but doesnt have the balls to tell Taylor to Quit. Plus, if Taylor is greasing Burn's hand then why would he? It seems he doesnt care about his health.

Let me say again, I love Taylor, and I know for some fighters a step up in competition brings the Best out of you (See Carl froch fight). But im not so sure this time around!

I see more bad than good if Taylor continues, however this is ultimately for the people closest to the situation to determine. Who knows, maybe a few more lower level fights will have him back in shape in spite of what most of us think. I personally doubt this from what I've seen so far though.

Nah, I think the first Pavlik fight ruined him and he was never the same. I thought he was a top guy at one point but that happens to the best of them (Melrick Taylor for example). I think he should retire . . . it scares me eerytime he walks in the ring

I've always liked Jermain Taylor and feel the same way. Father time is undefeated and he has already seen the peak of his career. The man has a family to think about first, his career should come second.

both had good careers and were lineal champions. A little overrated, but still good fighters

Guys hes on the comeback trail, hes doing it right stepping up his training building his stamina while still fighting ranked guys, hes not calling out the Wards and Martinez' of the world just yet, hes an improving fighter no one can deny that. Dont forget the guy has been to the 12th round 11 times, hes not the only guy out there with stamina issues, Khan, Vitali, Martinez, Cotto Bute all fade somewhat in the later rounds. Give the guy a break

Taylor needs to stay away from the punchers. He's a good guy and I hope to see him win another title, but he'll need to be matched very carefully.

He drops his left hand, and he's been allowed to get away with it for too long meaning it really is a part of his muscle memory now.

Taylor burns nervous energy, I think that's why we always see him touch his nose over and over, he isn't comftorble. He'll get KO'd if he fights a Martinez, or a Priog. His post fight interview was a little disturbing to tell you the truth.

Watch closer, it isn't his nose, he has an invisible fly on his forehead.
