    Someone might have say this, but Manny vs DeLa Hoya is it. DeLa Hoya was not only the favorite, but favorite to completely dismantle Manny. I personally didn't think Manny was going to survive the left hook of Oscar.

    The other more recent and larger upset is Pongsaklek Wonjongkam getting beat up by Sonny Boy Jaro.

    It can be a little of both. Obviously, his skills put him in position to be favored in every bout, but he has been in long odds fights when he could have been in closer odds bouts. Mayweather vs. Cotto in 2007 or Pac would have been closer than any odds of his since Castillo 1.

    People nowadays have no idea just how big a shock this was.Not saying it's different now but British fighters just didn't go to the States and win back then.
    Add to that Curry was at that time the P4P#1(and deservedly so) and it adds up to the Ragamuffin man producing one of the biggest shocks in boxing history.

    Curry vs Honeyghan would be the equivelent of if Hatton would of beaten Mayweather.
