pac and floyd fans....take it from me, i'm neutral in all of this...

    pac accepts 40 mil and looses = his highest payday
    Pac accepts 40 mil and looses a very close fight = potential for another 40 mil in re-match
    Pac accepts 40 mil and beats floyds ass = pac in driving seat

    So for me he hasn't anything to loose financially and no excuses not to make the fight.

    There's plenty of blame to go around for the fight not happening. The number one culprit is ego. Mayweather and Arum let their egos get in the way of the fans by demanding the fight on thier terms, schedule, etc.

    Floyd also turned down Pac's offer of 50/50, which would have also been Floyd's biggest payday.

    Of course we as fans want it to be 50/50 bc we want to see the fight and anything that holds it up needs to be worked out. You can't deny that Floyd has a reason for doing what he is doing. He does earn and gross more each time out than Pac. Those are the facts and its just business for him.

    Here are the numbers:

    Mayweather: Total PPV Fights: 7
    Total PPV Buys: 6.8 million buys
    Total PPV Revenue: $366.5 million revenue
    Average PPV per fight: 970,000 buys
    Average Revenue per fight: $52.3 million revenue

    Manny: Total PPV Fights: 11
    Total PPV Buys: 6.3 million buys
    Total PPV Revenue: $324.3 million revenue
    Average PPV per fight: 570,000 buys
    Average Revenue per fight: $29.4 million revenue

    This is what Floyd is going by. Manny has 4 more PPV appearances than Mayweather and still gets shitted on.

    I don't give Manny a pass at all. In fact, I wrote a thread stating it is impossible to side with Manny on the OSDT. He should step in and tell Arum to make the fight happen.

    The Arum/Mayweather feud is my main culprit in this whole affair, however.
