The key thing is that he withdrew his application for a licence. That means there's still a chance he fights before the year is out. No licence application, means Nevada cannot punish him in anyway.

Scur, you are a professional athlete, which I'm sure your Doc would know about but nevertheless he prescribes you medicine that will co-incide with an up coming fight. Do you not ask the doc what is in it because a) you are on a temporary license and b) you get drug tested anyway. It makes you wonder how poor his drug testing must've been previously or maybe he took a huge risk in going so over the limit to try and cheat his way through the biggest fight of his life.

Pro athlete? I just work out b And yeah i take whatever my doctor gives me and question nothing...... I don't know why these guys plead the 5th and this is seen as some acceptable excuse. Just admit it and be done with it. Nothing changes. The fines a joke. You serve our suspension, fight overseas and in a year its all forgotten.
