Another fight for Botha against a European prospect!
10 rounds with 27 y/o Francesco Pianeta (25-0-1) on May 16 in Frankfurt!

Pianeta isn't great from what I've seen on him, a bit feather-fisted. He picked up good wins against top 100 fighters like Gammer, Duhaupas and Skelton as well as a draw with Sosnowski but then his career was put on hold when he was diagnosed with cancer in 2009. He came back a year later and has had five fights against journeymen since recovering. Botha is probably his biggest test yet.

An on-form Botha could take this. Plus the fight is over 10 rounds which will suit Botha as in his last two fights he has been stopped in the 11th and 12th, so it's likely the fight will go the distance, especially against the feather-fisted Pianeta.

I fancy the White Buffalo to take this. WAR BOTHA!!! :bbb:bbb

Pianeta is not a big puncher! but he might win by tko anyway! If its 10 rounds botha will fade in the later rounds like always!

He defeated Flo Simba after the Holyfield loss. So "only" got stopped twice in a row.

He was ahead against Takam? :think Havnt seen it, and the scores aint on boxrec.
