I'm going to be in AC this weekend so I might pick up some tickets since they can be had for cheap.

Anyone have any idea what time the main event would be? I can't hold up the entire night, these girls I'm taking don't mind going to this but they really wanna hit a club and shake that ass :yep This should be over by 11PM EST right?

I honestly cant wait just to see how will Hopkins deal with fast younger very talented fighter, if he menages to beat him i will be truly amazed, i think Dawson will win but i will be cheering for Hopkins!

Hopkins will deal with Chad's flashing hands and natural boxing output in sound combo punches with excellence in charging in and evading/blocking shots as he busts him up inside. Dawson will try to tie him up or push his head back but at a certain point, the attrition will get so high, that Chad won't be able to dodge, duck, slip or block anything... And I trully believe that Bernard can commit himself to pull the trigger at the right time and you all will fall on your chairs.

Don't be suprised if Hopkins scores a knockdown(like he did in the second round of the first fight) by timing him coming in. :good

Very very very excited for this fight, can't see how people who like boxing don't want to see this (well except some who got screwed last time around). Should be a good scrap, one I have Dawson winning clearly. BUT if Hopkins pulls it out it won't completely surprise me, and I will give props where props are due.. Just don't see him taking Dawson.

Is there a undercard or just this 1 fight fight?

I respect both fighters and will watch it. I think some people are selling Hopkins a bit short, but would certainly not put any money on him. However, there's no doubt this is going to be a snoozer.

Sure it's gonna be a snoozer and that's another proof that Chad is talking the talk and he will not walk the walk. The people who are selling Nard short are the ones who don't even care to think if it is possible another scenario other than the one they would like. See that famous cool guy Dwyer who says the same thing again and again based on stats of less than six minutes - Chad should win but then says that if he was to bet heavy money he would put it on Hop by decision. What is this?

As previously said, if both Hopkins vs Pascal fights had been stopped after 2 rounds, Bernard would've lost each times... and he looked much worse than against Dawson the first time.

On Dwyer, his predictions are off more often than not nowadays but he find interesting facts here and there. I have no problem with him.

Neither do I, for Chrissake, but I like the Islander and the fella said what seems to be the cornerstone of this circus - A guy that is beyond his mid forties, hardly can perform consistently three fights within 10 months. Hopkins is no freak of nature but he's disciplined and he wants bad to enter in that group - the old school members in Archie Moore, Georgie Benton, Bowie Fisher and others - and most possibly he's on juice to deliver combos like a 26 year older, hell yeah but he won't get caught with GBP behind him, look at Shane and what happened... Nothing.
