    I just learned in Evidence class, that a question can very well be a statement. . . (not saying that's something you have to even learn. . . it's common sense a "question" can be a statement.)

    The way you worded this thread, definitely seems like a statement. . .

    The question mark doesn't NOT make it a statement. . .

    "Is TR's VP Carl Moretti related to judge Dave Moretti?" - how you should have worded the thread. . . But I can already guess exactly "what type" you are, so I wouldn't expect an open mind, fairness, nor neutrality to be in your vocabulary.

    The other judge, Trowbridge, that gave the Marquez pacquiao 3 fight to pacquiao doesn't have nearly the amount of bad decisions in his record.

    His other notable piece is 115-113 to Rios in the Abril fight.
