This fight is never happening with an offer of $40 million, everyone with any sense knows this.

I'm so tired of hearing about how this 40 million is such a shitty offer, yet not one person who's said this has shown one bit of evidence, facts, figures etc to support this idea. The math is simple...it breaks down simple, it's easy to digest, if you took about 5 minutes to actually put some thought into it and put a pencil to paper AT LEAST you could come in here with something to go on. I've posted the numbers at least 5 times, others have as well, there was even a post in this thread comparing ODLH/PBF and their 2.4 million buys to their respective purses. What doesn't make "sense" is why you would accept that something is a good or bad offer with no substantiation at all.

I don't know with you guys, but this whole argument of Floyd wanting more than 50/50 because he believes he earns more than Manny in a fight is pure STUPIDITY in favor of Floyd!!!
We all know that in their last 5-6 years in price fighting they both tallied almost similar PPV buys, one may argue a couple of hundred k's in difference on both camps, but just the same they are the only TWO fighters that can generate a million-plus PPV buys per fight consistently, so in that regard they are equal...
And the argument of Floyd that he earns more than Manny per fight is totally misleading, with common opponents they generate almost identical PPV buys and they command the bigger share among their opponents... The only difference is Floyd co-promotes his own fights, while Manny has Arum to take care of that dirty end... Floyd as a co-promoter shares some of the responsibilities, fight expenses with his counterpart, while Manny relegates all of them to his promoter, so in effect what Floyd gets as additional compensation is his share as co-promoter... So in reality as fighters, both of them gets almost identical amount of money...
And the floydiots claim that Manny only gets 6mill per fight is totally absurd, in the Marquez fight alone that generates more than 1.4mill PPV buys, Manny's share of 20bucks per PPV buys gave him a whopping 28mill plus dollars, and that's on PPV alone, there is additional gate receipt and endorsements payments that will be added, Manny must have earned a total of 36mill big ones on this fight alone....
So Floyd's offer of 40mill flat from a potential 200mill-plus dollars super-fight is downright unacceptable, only floydiots will see pass through Floyd's dirty scheme....!!!!

I know your obsessed with floyd, but seriously you need to STFU. You have no idea what EITHER fighter takes home at the end of the day. Everything you have said is pulled from someones ass.

What we DO know is that Floyd and Pac are the biggest draws in the sport right now. Both seem to run similar numbers of PPV buys with similar opponents. Therefore neither fighter deserves the vast majority of PPV buys. Much less ALL of them. End of conversation.

And this **** about Pac won't make anywhere near as much against anyone else goes both ways. Same can be said to Floyd.

And WTF happened to fighting for legacy? Floyd likes to compare himself to all these ATG fighters of the past, but unless he stops avoiding fights with his #1 challenger with all these one sided demands, he will never amount to **** on any ATG list in the future. He is already forever stained because this fight didn't happen 2 years ago.

Everyone with a brain knows that 50/50 or 45/55 winner are perfectly fair deals right now. With all the money this guy has already made, I see no excuse for not wanting to test himself against his top recognized challenger whom most believe he can beat fairly easily and get his highest ever paycheck to boot! No excuse.

Pacquiao is guaranteed 25mil against Bradley + PPV. He had a 22mil guarantee against JMM and likely stands to make over 40 with the PPV upside.

They get a very low percentage, Golden boy are only loosely associated and Al Haymon is more of an adviser.

The guy who makes more money, this fight will struggle to make 40 million profit before PPV, therefore he will get a PPV percentage.

    1. Pac pays a cut of his TOTAL EARNINGS to Arum, therefore will not receive all of that 25 million
    2. Nobody knows the PPV upside percentage.
    3. with the 25 million guarantee that is taken away from the remaining profit, therefore the PPV upside is even smaller.

    10 million gate
    10 million sponsor
72 million PPV lets pretend 1.2 million PPV buys
    36 million HBO cut
    5 million paying Bradley
    2-5 million paying the undercard?
? MGM rental, to make this easy we will presume MGM and undercard totals 5m
    ? Advertisement

Leaving appox lets say 45 million, Pac will take home 30ish (after Arums cut, presuming PPV upside is 100% (of course its not!)), don't expect 1.2 million PPVs due to Bradley not having any kind of fanbase.

Floyd said it best when he said that Manny was getting robbed. Arum is telling him a high guarantee but is actually adding that PPV in that guarantee already. Manny getting them advance pay days and doesn't even have copies of his own bout contracts according to Vision Quest. Look there is a reason that Manny's net worth was listed at 26 million and I don't think its bc he is spending it. He is getting ****ed by his Arum and company.

Where do they think this 40 Mill is coming from? obviously from PPV money as well... he just means you get 40 Mill flat wether the PPV money is huge or low, you get 40 and I keep the rest... it's still a career high payday.
