i know. you used the phrase"same old" and a picture of him being taken down, because he has a poor ground game and takedown defence. i was joking when i said he was pulling guard. i thought that was clear.
i think he was training with Roy Nelson , then switched and trained with Frank Mir. the dude seems to get about a bit.
Has he trained with Randy any? He needs to get into a camp with a lot of good wrestlers. Possibly Jackson's, maybe those Arizona boys, or even some of the former Team Quest guys.
