Man, we are on a boxing forum where fans can give their opinions on fights and fighters. It has 0 to do with my life and what I do. :patsch

That's like saying, well fighter A would get ****ed up by fighter B. You can say, "well you have no right to say that **** because any pro fighter would **** you up.":!: Yea, nobody is talking about the fans and what we make dummy. I
Get outta here with that...we on a boxing forum dummy. We can post on anything related to boxing including, how one guy is getting rippped off and not making what another top guy is making.

Yea your way off there...Condescending muh fuka.:deal

Exactly. And those were with much bigger names. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt with Bradley, with the 7.5 guarantee and these guys still question it.:patsch

    for the last three years

    Pacquiao

    Nov 2011 JMM3 - 1.41M
    May 2011 Mosley - 1.3M
    Nov 2010 Margarito - 1.15M
    Mar 2010 Clottey - 0.7M
    Nov 2009 Cotto - 1.25M
    May 2009 Hatton - 0.85M

    Total: 6.66M
    Average: 1.11M

    Mayweather

    Sep 2011 Ortiz - 1.25M
    May 2010 Mosley - 1.4M
    Sep 2009 JMM - 1.05M

    Total: 3.7M
    Average: 1.23M

So for the last 3 years, pacquiao has accumulated a total of 6.66M buys for an average of 1.11M buys for each fight. at the same time frame, floyd has accumulated a total of 3.7M buys for an average of 1.23M buys.

For someone who fights frequently, it's amazing that pacquiao is pulling almost the same average as floyd who fights once-a-year to keep interest on his fights at a high.

this fight, no matter how you cut it, is a 50/50 fight.

He would make about 40 anyway with a 50/50 deal and PPV Split

Pacquiao's numbers for the Mosley and Marquez fights are false kid.Its known the delay on them figures coming out,was due to them doing poorly so Arum cooked.
Manny's draw is fading and his fight with Bradley wont do a million. With every passing fight,Pacquiao's team are losing more and more leverage

false? so do you have the real numbers? do you believe that cotto-margarito did 600k buys?

if you look at the last 3 fights of both fighters, pac even drew more so pacquiao is hotter at the moment. of course, floyd's next fight will draw more because he is fighting cotto and pac is fighting an unpopular fighter in bradley. floyd even has canelo and mosley for his undercard.

Haha, how can you say Pacquiao's last 3 fights drew more, when you know there is a big question over his last 2 fights!Pacquiao is running out of options, unless Arum stops the inhouse bull****.If Manny doesn't fight Floyd next,he hasn't many options.

There are other million considerations depending how the money is routed. There are federal income, corporate taxes, liabilities, shared promotional fees, labor cost, etc.

Like I said, people have no idea and have never seen the line item in one of these fights. And if you are a promoter you are the one cutting checks to pay ALL of these people and company - including broadcasters, site, labor, material -
hell you even pay for "free" tickets that are given out to celebrities, relatives and staff.

What were the undercards when comparing both fighters PPV's?
Surely that has to be taken into consideration?

NAHHHHHH...Undercards would not be.:deal You really think, when they sit down and negotiate, that they are going to use "undercard" or "fights from just the last 3 years."

Check the common opponents out too.:deal
