actually here is a article were they were actually considering it, how do u feel now u mong? http://ringtv.craveonline.com/blog/168587-could-khans-next-fight-be-in-canada
Not in the slightest does that make me feel like a mong. Where does it say in that article there's a huge demand for Khan to fight there? It's just that swiss banker twat, talking about how Khan could fight in Canada because they've had a successful show there because of Hopkins/Pascal. Mong.
well considering io know my stuff and i found an article that favours me i would say i hold the stronger argument, unless you got something, no? well then **** off.
That article favors you in no way at all. I highlighted in my first post about there being 'a huge demand for Khan to go to Canada' yet you have no proof, just an article about Schafer contemplating Khan fighting over there, they would have simply packed the under card full of Canadian prospects to sell tickets, Khan can't draw a crowd of more then 5,000 outside of Britain.
And you would know this because you were there right? Clearly you are trying to diminish his achievement. Khan is no where near Cotto, Mayweather or Pacquiao but he is doing very well. I watched Khan's fight at MSG, mostly Khan fans in Paulie's home town and the atmosphere was electric. Maidana vs Khan FOTY in Vegas, well you can be sure people weren't there just to watch the Argentinian. Khan Judah around 6000 isn't bad at all. Judah's popularity has been on the decline form sometime. Judah just fought on NBC in front of a crowd of maybe 1000 people at best in what looked like a warehouse. Peterson vs Khan another very exciting fight, Khan had a pretty large support there. I know this because a friend of mine attended the fight. Name any other fight at 140 that Peterson could have fought a pulled in a crowd of even remotely close 10,000.
dont mind dftaylor mate, he is a wannbe writer, but he has indredible bias for certain fighters i dont know how anyone can take him or any article he may have written seriously.
