contracted weight means both signed to fight on that weight. floyd knew he was fighting marquez at a 144 contracted catchweight but would only be for marquez, since he is planning all along not to make it which makes it much worse.

"i am not fighting at catchweights" yet he contracted a 144 catchweigth fight for marquez.
