Has any fighter who used the shoulder roll effectivly ever been brutally ko'd?

    Yeah, but unfortunately it was some no name card in Michigan so even if I did remember their names, most fans wouldn't even care.

    Seriously, if Alfonso Gomez didn't punch like an 8 year old girl with arthritis, then I'd be putting down Canelo's name.

    People that didn't ever see the inside of a boxing gym outside of training camp photos don't know the shoulder roll is about controlling risks. Time the roll wrong and you'll be having a right hand for dinner.

    tons of examples. look especially at the old time fighters. almost all them used the shoulder roll. its an old school technique.

    :lol: hell yeah. I tried rolling a right hand once and caught that **** straight on the chin when I mistimed it. I connected right when I was moving my head forward throwing my counter right :!:

    I didn't go down though. Shook me up for a second and I slipped out of there
