I dont get it, he was a mediocre fighter who won a world championship in a crap division and has a glass jaw. Even now there are so many threads about the guy and rumours about his life and what not, he has some sort of tyson-esque stature about him in the brit forum. why?

Did Froch eat pie and chips hours before the biggest fight of his life? Thought not. The indigestion from his unhealthy dinner crippled Enzo up, otherwise he would have given a much better account of himself. It's unfair to label him mediocre just because of this.

Why did Showtime pick up the fight with Haye then? It was the biggest fight in the division for years.
haye was well known and mac had a title, showtime never came onboard because mac was some kind of superstar.
