Same thing happens in the US anyways, seems like castro knows whats up. Down here in florida all the white cubans are rich as hell and smart, and the afro-cubans are dish washers/yard cutters.

Maybe the Cubans here like Garfios and Stevenson and can shed more light on that.

But the way I see it is that, it's that mentality where the Afro-Cubanos don't expect to be anymore successful what they were in Cuba and still have the same expectations. They just settle for less, instead of pushing on forward... it's been engrained in their psyche. Whites professional, Blacks workers. They need to pick themselves up and forget about all that racial crap, because they have the same rights and oppertunities as anyone else in this country.

But No Castro doesn't know what's up.

Please correct me if I'm wrong Cubanos.

Thanks, I don't understand ppl why can be so biased and blind, it is obvious that he is a Rios fan, but so what? I was **** at the Santa Cruz-Casamayor dec, and I was rooting for my fellow Cuban, you have to be a fan of the sport first if you don't want to be bias, Casamayor had 3 major fights that went against him and he should had won, Corrales II, Castillo and Freitas, but one wrong (Santa-Casa) doesn't make three rights, this kid JMW, and I assuming he is just a kid for all the nonsense he is posting, has going out of his way to talk crap about Abril and the Cubans in general, what a waste of space...

I hear you G. I have not seen anything with substance or intelligence posted by this kid. You can see in my posts where I address him, I try to engage him in serious conversation but he just replies with stupidity and sarcasm.

 it was a close fight.

Personaly I had it for Castillo, but I could see where some close rounds could of gone to Casa. I wouldn't of complained with a draw either.

Man what round was that, where Casa rushed in and Castillo pivoted and cracked him sending Casamayors mouthpeice out.

I think the edge was clear for Castillo, Casamayor's style made his fights interesting though.

Lol the Cuban talking about not being bias.

The only thing you cubans ever talk about is Cuban boxing.

Look at this thread as an example, this Cuban guy creates a **** thread about cubans being the best in the world, then acts all natural and says, "interesting interview", trying to look for people to agree.

Glad that a non Cuban with great boxing knowledge finally steps up and recognizes it. The Cubans have dominated the amateurs for about 50 years now, and they were also a force in the pros before Castro.

We have gone through ups and downs at the pros but are beginning to shine in numbers once again. Names like Gamboa, Rigondeaux, Lara, YP Hernandez, O Solis, Abril and others are taking Cuban boxing to the next level.

Cuba's huge success at the amateurs is now also showing in the pros. ;)

Much more talent to come ... watch out! ;)

He simply posted a quote from a reputable trainer. I posted that Cubans were among the best, but not the THE BEST. I didn't get criticized for my statement, you know for not agreeing. If he would of, then i would say he was being biased.
