Looks like people are starting to beleive me about bellew, fact is I saw this early on in his career, I said to you that bellew is deceptively skillful in the ring and when given the oppurtunity to show his repertoire he will show you what he can do, I had him winning the Cleverly fight also.
One thing I would like to see with Tony style is for him to tuck up tightly and work his opponents body, :)

It was his best performance IMO, can't see a Cleverly rematch happening but it might not matter. After a couple of Euro/fringe world level guys (the ones Cleverly won't fight) then the likes of Cloud and Shumenov are pretty beatable.

styles make fights, a macintosh will make you look good and an ajisafe will make you look bad, post fight reactions on both those fights were a little too sensational on this forum.

that said, class act in and out of the ring and here's hoping a future world champion.

also uk top five p4p imo just behind froch, khan, burns and brook.

Always knew he was technically good. My only question was his talent but in every fight his technical ability seems to be more than enough to override the fact he isn't the fastest or strongest guy out there.

Tony's punches are a lot more crisper now and he does some nice things like the little left right movement to offset his opponent. This kid can box, he knows the game and is far more then a brawler. Proud of his improvements.

What a ****** the TS is and also a fickle suck up. I thought Bellew would trouble Cleverly and said so on here simply coz Cleverly is massively over rated.

Bellew is decent and would beat Cleverly if he keeps improving. Both are quite a way short of the top 5 or so at the moment though. Bellew also strikes me as a massive wanker.

**** off you keyboard warrior, you've probably never even laced up a glove.

  12. I don't know if this has been said before. I can't be bothered to read the comments.. but Danny Mac has never been good technically. I've been a fan of the way he fights and wanted him to win last night..

but even when he won his European title he was crap.. he lost nearly every round but just managed to land one of his bombs. Bellew is over rated.. Especially if you go overboard on last nights performance. I know its easy to say after the event but I expected Bellew to win with the ease that he did.. but at world level he's gonna fall short.
