Maybe you just don't see it because you are an Arum lover but if Pac controls his promotion like ODLH and now Mayweather did, this fight could happen right away. Pac, like Mayweather and ODLH back then, are in a position or have reached a position where they don't need promoters but you need to be smart about it by being money hungry like Arum.

Pac man has probably more fans than floyd who promotes himself and makes stupid ammounts of money, pac doesnt need arum to make this fight. Pac doesnt need arum to make any fights anymore. Hes a global superstar.

I loved watching that. He definitely told it like it is. It is honestly Arum. It always has been.

 

Its the same reason he didn't want to make Mayweather vs Oscar. Bob Arum would make less money in a Mayweather vs Pac fight than he would with a Pac vs Anybody else. Those are the facts.
