True. I think Arum needs to do more to have tried to make this. I just see him as too stubborn to give a ****. I can see Pac wants to fight, but Arum seems to not care one way or the other.

Funny thing though, many said (and in articles) if Pac agreed to the testing, Floyd would just put something else up. And he did, with the whole purse parity thing.

I think most people agree with that. And whatever TR does with their 50%, how it's split between Pac and his associates, shouldn't be a worry for Floyd.

Pac wouldn't take the fight tomorrow. If he would then all of Floyds demands wouldn't bother him. He deserves blame just like the others. No one is innocent in this. Don't fall for that, "I fight whoever my promoter puts in front of me," act. There is a reason people keep calling for him to speak up for himself.

No there just the reason why negotiations never started up from the beginning like they should have. Correct?

WTF you talking about? They DID negotiate. They just didn't come up with an agreement due to he testing and Floyd's accusations.

Also, did some of you forget Floyd's legal fights were still unsettled? Kinda hard to negotiate a fight when the other guy MIGHT be in jail. It wasn't until January of this year that the court allowed Floyd to do his time until after June.

What negotiations are you referring to? 2009/2010? Because there sure as hell wasn't a 2012 negotiation. Remember Bob wouldn't take Schaefer's calls, he said he didn't know who to talk to on Floyd's side, Floyd called Pac himself because waiting on Arum sure wasn't getting anything done, sent Koncz over to speak with Floyd and was told by Floyd that Haymon or Schaefer is the one they need to speak with, etc. Where the hell have you been? You got a selective memory or something?

And yes the courtcase and jailtime is a problem. But it sure as hell didn't stop Floyd from informing his people to contact Top Rank to negotiate the fight now did it?

You can talk about all the he said, she said stuff all you want. It's pointless to try and recap it with your selective memory. As it stands, floyd isn't giving in to a 50-50 split, and that is what MOST everyone seems to be the way it should be. I know there wasn't a 2012 negotiation. Thanks for info capt. obvious. What I also said was Floyd's legal situation wasn't known as well. hard to make a fight in a position like that.

Floyd and Arum's egos are what's stopping this. If you want to pretend it's only one person, then more power to you and Team G...

Teddy telling it like it is as usual.

The haters are pissed that Teddy predicted Sillakah an 11-1 favourite being a sitting tartet from the right hand and it happend and was ko'd. Teddy called Grachaev Koing Sillakh.

How many 11 to 1 underdog predictions have you haters ever had?

How about that letter from the judge stating TR had no interest in making a fight with Floyd Mayweather at this time? Or Richard Schaefer not being able to reach Arum? They've already got Marquez 4 lined up if Manny gets past Bradley. To me it's clear why this fight hasn't happened.

I personally believe Manny would take the lesser share to make the fight happen (like he said he would), but Bob would never allow such a thing.

Much like the De la Hoya, and more recently, the Cotto bout, Mayweather/Pacquiao would be easier to make without Bob Arum holding up the process.
