:**** Seth Mitchell and his weak chin.

Chauncy Welliver is the USA Contender with the real credentials we need to be backing.

He has a rock hard chin and has never been down in 371 HW rounds.

Seth Mitchell is a chicken legged Big Bird wanna be.

Welliver has punch rate and endurance to throw the same 100+ punches per round for all 12 rounds.

Seth throws punches too but he huffs and he puffs and he wastes too much energy chicken dancing. Cmon man.

Remember these words.....The Pretender Ends In September! Down Goes Mitchell! :bbb

Are you aware that Chauncy turned down a fight with Ibragimov, because, supposedly, Ibragimov is "too tall?"

    What does this tell you?

Who is in the world has he ever fought? You're making Welliver sound as if he's the recincarnation of George Chuvalo.

Remember: a guy has to fight better than "C" or "D" level opposition before he has any credibility.

Chauncy is a born boxer, with 2 boxing brothers, his old man a trainer and his brother is now a trainer.

Born Boxer + Iron Chin > Pretender Boxer + Glass Jaw & Chicken Dancing Legs

Ibragimov can go get a win. Try starting there. Calling out off a KO loss is lame man.

Ibragimov has Bert Cooper lined up in June.

As for lame, I'd say Chauncy calling out the Klitschkos, without yet having beaten "B" level opponent, is rather odd.

Mitchell is still blocking punches with his head. He actually looked terrible tonight, despite his power.

If Witherspoon had kept boxing in round 2, Mitchell would not have survived. - And Witherspoon is a very average fighter.

At this point in his career, I just don't see Mitchell improving his defense. I think his potential as a future champ is over.

It is over in September.....Seth mentioned it tonight. He knows his arse kicking is coming. And that is why he was crying after the fight. He knows Welliver is Coming!

Chauncy is not on the same level as Witherspoon or Ibragimov. Big difference. I think that tells us everything we need to know.

I wonder if this September fight is really in the works.

    Mitchell didn't mention Chauncy's name.

Besides, Chauncy has already turned down an Ibragimov fight because, according to Chauncy, Ibragimov is "too tall."

Chauncy is 6'2". Iggy is 6'3". I find Chauncy's reasoning to be rather odd.

Seth's overrated to hell, Chauncy is overrated to hell

I don't get why you guys don't promote real talent, who have amateur and pro credential, like Glazkov Slava, Denis Boytsov, or Kubrat Pulev?

At least Mitchell has stepped it up and beaten two respectable "B" level fighters in his last two bouts. Chauncy hasn't done that yet.

But Mitchell is a train wreck waiting to happen. He's definitely getting knocked out soon, and he knows it. That's why he was crying in the ring tonight. He feels lucky that his inevitable fate has been postponed.

Chauncy won't be the one to stop Mitchell, though.

Chauncy will stop Mitchell....it may not be in the 3rd round, it may be the 10th or the 11th. Mitchell can't go 12 rounds and he can not stagger Welliver. He is a sitting duck to be stopped no matter which round.
