Bernard Hopkins vs. Chad Dawson II & Seth Mitchell vs. Chazz Witherspoon RBR

Dawson almost sucerpunched hopkins. 2-1 Dawson

 

Hopkins snuck in some good rights in round 3, but not enough to get him the round. Chad is landing more frequently which is why I keep scoring in his favor.

Round 3

Dawson workign the jab and Bhop throws a nice right over it. Double jab right hook and straight left from Chad and Bhop rolls out. Bhop throws lead right Dawson catches and throws a jab while circling. Bhop charges eats a right hook as Chad side steps. Nice left hook from Bhop. Bhop had a nice left late, but that isn't enough to win the round that Dawson dominated.

Round 3: 10-9 Hopkins. Hopkins lands a nice, sweet, clever lead right hand cleanly, but doesn't really phase Dawson. Dawson comes forward behind hte jab; landed some clean shots on a nice flurry . Of course Hopkins caught most, but some got through. . . Whoo! Dawson catches Hopkins with a lil check right hook trying to jump in! Some frustrations starting to pick up - Hopkins pissig Dawson off a little bit. . Hopkins lands nice left hook off a RIGHT HAND FEINT!

10-9 Hopkins; 29-28 Hopkins.

 

Dawson starting to land a lot, especially with those jabs.

Hopkins landed some good shots late in the 3rd but Dawson did more.

Hopkins did more damage while being less active. Judges might give it to Dawson, I don't.

Dawson controlled the first 2:30 of the third, and that wins him the round, 30-27 Dawson
