This one makes the Peter bandwagon seem sane.

Boytsov beat Taras Bydenko which is a bigger win then Seth has had yet. Witherspoon and Ibragimov are good scalps though. Hopefully we see a top 10 fight next. I'll reserve judgement until then.

if Mitchell doesn't improve his defense, any half decent puncher with decent technique is going to expose him badly

To me he's just a tough guy with good power. But he's young and is improving, so who knows where he'll end up. My guess is he'll fall short of elite level. You can break a guy who fights at mid-level but once you get higher up the latter, skills tend to outshine toughness. Would like to see Mitchell vs. Arreola.

Your imagination puts nothing into perspective. Sakio Bika would have KO'd Mitchell, see how i am also capable of saying anything i want without it sharing any relation to reality.

Jefferson was 6'6 250lbs with more power, faster hands and better boxing skills. Yes it's a terrible comparison.

To have an idea what a skillful & talented Seth Mitchell would look like watch HW prospect Oscar Rivas.

    Seth looked pretty ordinary

Was a nice knock down though & I like that Mitchell showed patience once he had Witherspoon hurt & note just rush in wild

Another learning fight for Mitchell. I think he needs another 2 or 3 of these level before before he even entertains the thought of a Klitschko!
