It's so people like you can talk about it and think that he is not taking this fight seriously and that cotto would have a chance. I'm pretty sure you know that he has a Chef and he eats more than one time per day. Additionally how hard is it to buy a big plate of fries and chicken and act like I'm about to eat it in front of the camera, then when they stop recording give/throw the food away? Doesn't mean I ate it, I just bought it to get gullible people talking.

    Yeah, agree.

It's like the time he was eating chips while doing sit-ups.

He can eat what he wants and can still make weight just fine.

He trains hard but stays relaxed in life.

It's not that it isn't food it's still food. It's still eatable.
You don't think he does it for show for the cameras?

Its all for the cameras just because you have seen him eat 3 junk meals doesn't mean hes doing it every day. No way hes does it all the time and no way is he as laid back about training as hes trying to make out in this 24.

Same with his punching on the heavy bag where he barely hits it, no way he does that **** all the time. Its all showing off for the cameras and trying not to give too much away.

CHEF I think a lot of it is just genetics he is famous for late night training sessions at like 2AM so it is not as bad as eating the fried food and then sleeping on it. He is just a freak athlete.

Technically everyone dies from something eventually but what I'm saying is you have some people who will never become fat no matter what they eat.

Yes if you abuse your body you can still get kidney problems which resultsin high blood pressure and this cannot be protected for by good genes but diabetes is genetic. Some people will never have more than single digit body fat percentage for their whole life and this sort of person will have a much more difficult time becoming diabetic than someone who doesn't have the gene.

Junk food is not good for anyone because you're right even if they never get heart disease or diabetes they could still get cancer and high blood pressure.

I've known people like that and have people like that in my own family.

Some people can eat anything, any amount of calories, and always for their whole life be single digit bodyfat. Floyd's dad has low bodyfat and he's 50 something years old. You have people in this world with bodyfat as low as Floyd and Pacquiao who have never trained a day in their lives. You have people who train every day who have 20% bodyfat.

Bodyfat percentage is 80% diet and 20% genetics but even with the perfect diet some people will never go down to 5% or less like Timothy Bradley, Manny Pacquiao or Floyd Mayweather. They can get down that low because they just have good genes. Roy Jones Jr is another, he will never have much bodyfat.

Of course quality of life is better if you exercise and I'm not implying that bodyfat is the key to good health. Blood pressure is a concern as is cancer and many other issues which don't show up as bodyfat.
