My oppinion is that you along with a lot of other people here are horribly overrating him. He was on defense the whole fight against Wladimir, his performance was horrible and there is no basis for saying that his chin could stand up to continued scrutiny if he actually engaged against a top heavyweight. The fact of the matter is that Haye has accomplished very little in the division. I could see several guys in the top 10 giving him trouble because of the flaws in his fundamentals. We will probably never know, because he doesn't seem to want to get in the ring with any of them.
Haye knocks him out early. Mitchell's slow, open to right hands and plods forward. He's tailor made for Haye, who would catch him early with one of those looping right hands and put his lights out.
Haye has good power at heavyweight and has good speed to match. It'd be like the matrix in there. The heavyweight Champ and guy whose fans call him an ATG HW could barely land on Haye. What is novice Mitchell going to do? Unless of course you believe Seth more faster and more accurate than Wlad? :think This content is protected When he tried to attack he'd be outslicked then black dicked, like this: This content is protected I'd pick Adamek to stop Mitchell early if it wasn't for his complete lack of power at the weight.
That's the sh*t I'm talking about Shaunster! Look at that head movement, reminds me of a Roy jones/Naseem Hamed in their primes.
Mitchell's chin looks shaky, but Haye's is PROVEN glass. I say, if Mitchell lands a good shot early on Haye's fragile whiskers, it could be all over.
Lol ridiculous. Haye didn't do **** in that fight. Wlad came right back after and landed two lefts and a right that had Haye holding on. Haye didn't even win the round.
Next time remind Haye to mix in a little O to go with that D. You wont convince anyone that Haye somehow has great defense and a great chin all of a sudden.
You may notice that he doesn't even attempt to throw a shot back. He just gets bullied. Big difference from Naz and RJJr right there.
No you're saying Wlad has no power. Wlad landed cleanly several times on Haye and never looked like troubling him. If Haye's chin is as bad as you say then this would indicate that Wlad has no power. Simple logic really. Also, you're right, Haye should have done what Adamek did, plod around the ring aimlessly eating shots and hoping that the ref will put you out your misery.
Dude did more than flinch, he fell to his knees when he was in trouble. What planet do you Haye fans live on?
I think Salesman Haye runs from Mitchell for at least 6 rounds, before daring to attack with any conviction.
