He probably subscribes to some IIFYM bull**** and throws out common sense.

I saw Ronnie Coleman eat like a big bowl of greesy ass French Fries heading up to his Mr.Olympia probably just genetics he seems to have burnt it off playing ball on the show

It's the only way for Floyd to gain weight . Otherwise he's coming in at 147 against a Cotto who will be atleast 160 coming in fight night.

when did I say he wasnt taking the fight serious?..relax bro:hi:

I dont have an issue with the food if its on occasion and not so close to the fight. I was shocked with the food choices so close to the fight. You would think this close to the fight his team would be monitoring this stuff. Your body is like a machine and only runs well based on the fuel it consumes.... but like i said in my post. I guess it works for him

Hey CHEF, when you're not able to train regularly (busy with work commitments and so on), what's the best kind of diet to be on? Low carbohydrates? High protein?

Low CARB. and low sugar.. thats the key. With limited workouts they will be stored as fat in the body

I believe it was chicen n steak...I think he had veggies there, but I never see the guy eating veggies. Protein and carbs with one spot empty on the plate.
