What does Mayweather say now when asked about an Otiz rematch?

i think he says he had his chance and such. If ortiz builds his way up again they might see it, plus it only lasted 4 rounds, ortiz deserves a second chance imo it was getting good until ortiz butted him then it went downhill from their.

 

From what I can deduce based on his comments, and just common knowledge on how Mayweather operates - if Ortiz can earn another rematch, and get himself in contention with 2, maybe 3 solid wins, he would give him a rematch. . .

There's already the history there, and the controversial ending (although it was the epitome of just desserts IMO) which would help sell. . . If Ortiz can convince people he's better, and stronger htan ever, I think (and mayweather probably does too) that it would sell pretty damn well. . .

I think Mayweather would want to fight Ortiz on a Mexican holiday, though, to maximize revenue. . . So maybe Mexican Independence Day, Sep. 2013? Or Cinco de ***** 2013.

 

if he wants to fight before the end of the year, ortiz would be the easiest fight to set up.

plus he should save a mexican holiday for a canelo fight.
