it would be ugly as hell, i can see green getting frustrated and copping those counter rights a fair bit , but dannys best punch is his left jab so maybe he could control distance somewhat. It's all conjecture really

 

hopkins was a great fighter and still does well but this fight will never happen if it did green knocks an old hopkins out, but maybe hopkins wins via headbuts and tackles.

 

according to bernard hopkins and the commentators after the roy jones fight then this is true

 

Green's only chance would be to land a big punch as he's never going to outpoint Hopkins - if it goes the distance it's because Hopkins spoils and fouls and uses every little trick he's learnt over the years to make sure Green can't land that one big punch on him.

No way is Hopkins KOing Green, so it'd be either a KO win to Green (unlikely due to Hopkins' ability to spoil and close the distance and clinch) or a Hopkins points victory (most likely outcome).

Hopkins would fck Green up worse than Tarver did. Danny wouldnt be able to speak right again if he fought someone like the Executioner

 

I heard the stat on the HBO fight commentary and they mentioned Hopkins hadn't won by KO since his 2001 fight with Trinidad.
