    He deserves to be a WBO champion or something but not WBA, WBC or IBF.
    The WBA belt is too much for Paulie, but it's better than Senchenko holding it!

    Yes, my mistake, WBA not the IFB which is vacant right now. But usually WBO is weaker than WBA, WBC and IBF!

    yeah it is usually weaker. Mosley was the champ at WBA, but Floyd beat him and it got vacated :conf

    If I'm correct, I think Clottey was the WBO champ, then lost to Cotto who lost to Pacquiao. Unless one of those fights were for a vacant spot

    Not Clottey, Cotto only retained it in that fight after won the vacant title against some Jennings.
    In this division, the WBO is respectable, since Cotto and Pac-Man.

    Clottey was the IBF champ. He challenged Cotto but had to drop the IBF belt.
    So basically it should have been a unification.
    Fun facts:
    1) Kell Brook is/used to be Mannys mandatory.
    2) Manny hasnt fought a mandatory and he won the belt in 2009
    3) All these belts are a joke !
