rule of thumb as a Mayweather fan he'll probably fight less than he says he will.

The concern would be...is he using everything that is available to make sure he is able to keep his body fighting at the highest and healthiest level possible ?
From having a personal trainer and nutritionist that are advanced in their field and up to date....that will teach you about proper food intake, to "legal" supplements, advanced training methods... to other methods to heal the body for training like Cryogenic Chamber Therapy and so on. All legal of course.

I think you need to remember there is a thing called editing.

You see 3 half hour 24/7s each of which Floyd is eating bad food, then you assume he is Not training properly, and eats nothin but rubbish.

Personally I think its all for the cameras. He is going to have cheat days, he is human.

I dont even know the guy but trust me, he has and will never come to a fight undertrained or under nourished.

He is more likely to come in overtrained if anything. His work ethic in the gym is known to be amazing.

That's what you see....only what Floyd wants you to see. He's notorious for being a beast in camp. Training longer, harder and with more intensity than most.

I cannot believe that anyone would seriously but in to what he is putting out there and take that as his routine... get a grip!!

Well, he is fighting at a higher weight than 147 right? Probably needs it to put the pounds on...

Have you guys noticed that throughout the Videos we've seen of Cotto being trained that he is always timed? Always!

It is obvious that Cotto is being trained to expend energy over 3-minutes bursts and then recover within a minute to the most degree possible. I don't think Mayweather has ever faced someone who will be physically so well prepared. Mayweather had better be ready.

exactly and then he does yoga for another hour. Floyd says he's workouts take up pretty much the whole day

Lets see you do that pitty pat stuff for 40 minutes straight with no breaks. The only breaks you get is to get a a quick water break and to switch gloves

It isn't exactly like preparing yourself for the Tour De France though, is it?

And he rarely puts power into those shots.

That's what i'd love to see from Floyd, a REAL pad session. Hitting the pads full whack and with full range!

Typical response from a guy who spends his days on a couch/chair.

You couldn't walk in Floyds shoes for a day mate, wake up and smell the coffee.
