Will Sergio Martinez go up to 168 or a catch weight in between to face Kelly Pavlik?

Kelly has already said that he lost to Martinez because he was drained for their fight at 160, so now he wants to move up to 168. He wants a rematch with Martinez, but will this only happen at a catch weight in between 160-168?
Do you think Martinez will have the cojones to move up to 168 for that fight?

Martinez started his career at 147, 168 is too much for him in my opinion. If he was to move up to 168 I would rather see him fight others at that division instead of Pavlik.
